Christie Kennedy was promoted to Operations Manager of Penn-Mar Castings in March of 2024. Christie has spent her entire career at Penn-Mar in a variety of roles. She started off in the order entry department, and also worked in customer service/sales, quality, plant scheduling and operations.

Christie graduated from YTI Career Institute 15 years ago and started right away at Penn-Mar Castings. 

“I’m proud of the culture we have created here and love the drive and commitment that our little work family puts into each and every day to make quality castings,” said Kennedy. 

Outside of work, Christie enjoys anything on the water including boating, kayaking, fishing and camping. She’s also a big fan of campfires and music and hanging out with her sassy 8 year old daughter.
