Stephen Johnson started as Plant Manager at our Minster location in February of 2024. He has over 27 years in the foundry industry, working for McWane, Inc. in Birmingham, AL, Liberty Foundry in Wauwatosa, WI, and Decatur Foundry in Decatur, Illinois. Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA degree from Jacksonville State University. Johnson says “My goal is to challenge a very successful, thriving company to push the boundaries and move beyond their comfort zone to redefine success.” Outside of work, Johnson is an avid golfer. He also loves to cook and enjoys traveling.
