Tracy Siegle holds the position of site manager at Penn-Mar Castings. He joined PMC in 2000 and has 46 years of foundry experience. (Yes, he started when he was in high school!) Tracy took an apprenticeship position from the State of Maryland upon completion of high school. Tracy is grateful to the two foundry masters from Germany who helped shaped his career. Tracy has a background in foundry engineering and worked as a manual machinist. He credits his focus on quality to the time he spent doing military spec work. Outside of the foundry, Tracy spends most of his time woodworking, fishing, boating, and spending time with his grandkids.
